Who We Are
Consolidated Facility Service (CFS) is an Atlanta-based, minority-owned janitorial and construction management company founded in 2004. We provide full-service construction using both in-house personnel and certified subcontractors — performing turnkey or specialized services to clients in the aviation, educational, industrial, commercial, and government sectors.
22 years of turnkey service, built on relationships.
We also build janitorial teams that provide 24×7 solutions for a variety of clients, including those with high-traffic spaces like airports and college campuses. Our proven expertise in functioning as a single source partner for all our client’s maintenance and renovation needs has afforded us a great reputation with the largest employer in Atlanta.
We are licensed and bonded and certified through the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC) and the City of Atlanta as an African American Business Enterprise.

Meet Our CEO
Pat Walker is President and CEO of Consolidated Facility Service Corporation — an all-inclusive service provider focused on turnkey facility solutions.

A career built in facilities management
With more than two decades of experience in retail property management, Pat began as a Contract Manager providing janitorial services for Broward Mall in South Florida, before advancing to Florida Group Manager. He subsequently joined SSC Service Solutions — a national facility management company — where he advanced to Southeastern Regional Manager and eventually to Vice President of the Shopping Center division, implementing a computerized maintenance management system to track activities across more than 100 centers in 34 states.
Following that tenure, prompted by the attacks on 9/11, Pat spent considerable time in the public safety field, training and consulting on security operations for Emerson Russell Maintenance Corporation (ERMC). His work included revising ERMC’s security program and implementing their Field Officer Training (FTO) program.
Equipped with more than a decade of additional experience, an “old school” work ethic, and divinely inspired motivation, Pat founded Consolidated Facility Services in 2004 — assembling a team of in-house personnel, equipment and supply vendors, and specialized cleaning partners. Today, that foundation powers three service divisions and a client roster that spans major airports, federal contractors, national logistics partners, and campus facilities across the Southeast.
